Performance Marketing Manager

Location : Noida

Qualifications : Bachelor degree / Master degree

Experience : 5+ years

Key Skills : Paid Campaign Management for All Social Media Platforms, Budgeting, Creative Ad copies, SEM, ROI.

  • Day-to-day campaign budget management to inform performance optimisation experimentation goals

  • Raising concerns and highlighting opportunities whenever required

  • Managing monthly channel pacing to ensure we hit budget/CPA targets.

  • Support the project scoping and implementation of our performance marketing strategy for Meta (Facebook Instagram), Youtube, LinkedIn etc

  • Define, test, and roll out optimization and automation strategies across app and web campaigns for Meta (Facebook Instagram) , Youtube, LinkedIn etc

  • Build and utilize a deep understanding of Social Media performance incl. performance drivers across markets

  • Craft best in class campaigns with our design and analytic teams, developing the Client’s personality through ad personalisation audiences

  • Daily monitoring and reporting of performance through presentations, leading calls and face-to-face meetings with stakeholders and upper management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have at least 5+ years hands-on experience with performance marketing, ideally managing large budgets and experience working with Meta (Facebook Instagram), YT, Linkedin.

  • Have an excellent understanding of levers and main KPIs of performance marketing (across web app)

  • Able to assess performance, define strategy and prioritize tactics to drive growth and profit

  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience in managing campaign pacing and performance, providing internal and client teams with insights or optimization recommendations

  • Problem solving mentality, always looking for more efficient ways to improve the process.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work in a structured and independent way and deliver great results with their hands-on mentality

  • Should be Innovative and curious, not afraid to challenge the status quo

  • Have good prioritization and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, appetite for collaboration and eagerness to learn.

  • Proactively identify issues leading up to a launch and during a live campaign that would prevent hitting KPIs and performance benchmarks
