Sourcing with a focus on driving referrals & direct sourcing.
Support Current HR for the identified region by leveraging resources available and making changes to suit the local nuances:
Build strong stakeholder relationships and trust (country managers, sales leads and operations leads) and support them with their talent needs.
Focus on retention and pro-actively build mechanisms to manage talent risk.
Skills:
Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available.
Strong HR business partnering experience in a fast paced distributed organization (start-up/tech company with a very young workforce).
Some experience in a sales driven organization will be useful.
Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without authority.
Ability & comfort to work in an unstructured environment.
