Job Description

  • Recruitment's for Lantern Health Services for the IT side (Web Development) of the business. 
  • Sourcing with a focus on driving referrals & direct sourcing. 
  • Support Current HR for the identified region by leveraging resources available and making changes to suit the local nuances: 
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and trust (country managers, sales leads and operations leads) and support them with their talent needs. 
  • Focus on retention and pro-actively build mechanisms to manage talent risk. 

Skills: 

  • Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available. 
  • Strong HR business partnering experience in a fast paced distributed organization (start-up/tech company with a very young workforce). 
  • Some experience in a sales driven organization will be useful.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without authority. 
  • Ability & comfort to work in an unstructured environment. 
  • Some consulting experience will be very valuable.
