This client is a renowned Real Estate brand in Delhi NCR and as they work on a large scale, they approached us to provide them e-inventory management solutions. Because of their big scale they were facing problems in inventory management which was slowing down other related business processes as a result.
Project Planning: Team DigiLantern worked closely with the client to formulate a plan which would provide multiple supports to projects, well-organized registration process, real-time availability of their projects, item-aging analysis and keep a track of in-stock inventory & transfer records from warehouse to various sites.
Technology Choices: DigiLantern decided to use RFID as it makes inventory control a super easy and fast process and created a tailor-made dashboard for the same. Use of Radio frequency identification systems would enable a real-time check on the inventory and also save the effort of scanning every product separately.
