A speciality skin clinic which offers a comprehensive range of world class Diagnostic, Therapeutic and Management services for common and rare skin diseases and skin ageing conditions and brings together General Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology under one roof. Their main objectives for this project were: To design and develop a website, achieve ambitious growth targets and increase brand awareness through an online marketing campaign.

Our Approach

Project Planning: We worked with the team and created a project strategy and started creative designing process on responsive website design. Our main focus was to design a website which is easily accessible from mobile devices and offer patient friendly experience.

Technology Choices: We worked in a partnership with them to deliver a feature rich and effective new web offering. Our experienced design team used their creativity and knowledge of best practice to design a highly converting solution that seamlessly represents the brand identity. The website has been built on WordPress with 2 payment gateways integrated, an online chat module of Vcista. Other technologies used were; HTML & CSS.

Implementation of solution: DigiLantern’s technical team enabled best website designing for them to target customers on any device. In addition to web design and development, our team developed and managed a highly successful digital strategy across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, Google Shopping, Email, Social Media and On‐Site Conversion Optimization.

On-Going Activities: We are currently working on Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management strategies, Google Ads (click to call) and graphic videos on YouTube. We are also maintaining a sentiments tracker for the clinic further resulting into a better online reputation management for the clinic.
