Every project begins with a complete analysis and creation of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that both the parties have a complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, setbacks, or disputes.
With every milestone, there lies a time which is being spent to achieve it. So, a refund is not possible for any work which is being commenced or completed. No payment will be refundable once the client approves the mock-up designs and we move into the development phase of the assigned project. Also, please note that there are no partial refunds for projects mid-way. No cancellations are entertained for the services that our team has offered.
Refund policy: Before associating with Digilantern, we recommend you to test our services available. We do not refund in any case if the transaction is executed. In case if a project gets terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work which is completed and any payment for further development will automatically become void.
